To get to this beautiful property from Grand Junction, take Interstate 70 to the Collbran/Mesa exit (Hwy 65).  Travel through Plateau Canyon on Hwy 65 to the Hwy 330 turnoff.  Take Hwy 330 through the Town of Collbran to 64 6/10 Road.  There will be signs along the way directing you to Vega Reservoir.  Stay on 64 6/10 Road as it circles past the Lodge and around the reservoir until you reach Parkview Drive.  Turn right onto Parkview, follow up around the bend and turn right on Shady Lane.  There is a large sign at the driveway to this wonderful home.  During the winter, Parkview and Shady Lane are not county maintained and access is by snowmobile, or it is a short walk to this property.  As of January 2008, there is more than 2 feet of snow.

The great room has a beautiful cathedral ceiling with exposed wood beams.  Large windows and the French style double doors to the deck allow loads of natural light to keep this room well lit and comfortable.
