This property has approximately 20+ acres of irrigated ground. Grand Valley Water Users irrigation water is distributed on the cultivated areas via a side roll sprinkler system. The property is not currently being farmed, but has up until last year.

This picture is taken at the southwest corner, marked with a white pipe, looking north along the fence line to the north boundary. There is a large drain ditch that runs east/west dividing a portion of the property from the cultivated area. The east boundary of this property is mid way up the hills in the distance. The green area between here and there is a small wash that runs water year around. There is a portion of the property that lies across the wash and is difficult to get to.
