This property is located just south and east of 1684 8 Road, Mack. The access to this property takes off east from 8 Road, along a gravel driveway, past a mobile home and hay shed to the opening in the fence line. The property lies north of that location a short distance.
The property corner is marked with a piece of white PVC pipe mounted on the fence line. It can be seen in this photo. The north property line is approximately along the north fence line.

This property has approximately 20+ acres of irrigated ground. Grand Valley Water Users irrigation water is distributed on the cultivated areas via a side roll sprinkler system. The property is not currently being farmed, but has up until last year.

This picture is taken at the southwest corner, marked with a white pipe, looking north along the fence line to the north boundary. There is a large drain ditch that runs east/west dividing a portion of the property from the cultivated area. This would be a great place to build a home without impacting the production of the farmable ground.

The east boundary of this property is mid way up the hills in the distance. The green area between here and there is a small wash that runs water year around. There is a portion of the property that lies across the wash and is difficult to get to.
