After being in the real estate business for nearly thirty years, and having been a full-time broker of his own business for over fifteen years, Joe Hicks Sr. has decided to retire and pass the business to his daughter, Julie Somerville. Julie has worked closely with Joe for the past 10 or so years, after receiving her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Mesa State College.
Joe Hicks Jr. has taken over Joe Hicks Auction Service, LLC after Joe Sr.s retirement and also has his real estate license with Joe Hicks Real Estate, LLC. Joe and Julie work very closely together to bring clients a unique, family oriented option of real estate auctions as an additional method of real estate marketing.
