After being in the real estate business for nearly thirty years, and having been a full-time broker of my own business for over fifteen years, I have decided to retire and pass the business to my daughter, Julie Somerville.  She has worked closely with me for the past 9 or so years.  My son, Joe Hicks Jr. has taken over the auction service and also has his real estate license.  I wish them both great success.
