Talk about loads of potential!! This 1939 cozy little house has had some remodeling and wiring upgrades. This home is 1.5 stories with a total of 899 square feet. The main level has a laundry room, country kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The upstairs has two bedrooms. The sellers started to put a new patio/deck on the front of the house but are unable to finish the project. The patio is framed, but not complete.
