No Buyers Premium!!
1. Condition: The Auctioneer(s) will disclose all known facts about the items offered for sale, but the items are sold AS-IS with no warranties.
2. Possession: Buyer is responsible for the safety and security of all the items he/she purchases as soon as the final bid is accepted by the Auctioneer. The Auctioneer and/or crew are not responsible for items as the sale progresses. Buyer is responsible for any loss or damage to items as soon as the Auctioneer moves to the next item.
3. Payment: Payment for all items shall be received on the day of the auction and prior to removal of the item from the sale location. Joe Hicks Auction Service, LLC will accept checks or cash as payment. Sales tax will be charged as is approiate for the type and location of the auction. A $25.00 fee will be charged by Joe Hicks Auction Service, LLC in addition to any additional bank charges for all returned checks.
4. Titles: All documentation for titled vehicles, ATV's, boats etc will be forwarded to the buyer once the buyers check has cleared all necessary banking processes or within 10 business days of the auction.
5. Liability: By attending the auction proceedings, the bidder agrees to indemnify and hold the Auctioneer and its seller harmless from any and all liability, causes of action claims of any kind or nature that may arise out of or in connection with attendance, property inspection, or damage caused by bidder. Bidder assumes all risk of personal injury or property damages that may be incurred to the bidder, family members and those associated with the bidder.
